1. Introduction
Ozous.com is committed to providing high-quality printing services to our customers. However, due to the nature of our custom printing services, we have a limited refund and returns policy.
2. Color Variations
Printing technology and materials can cause slight variations in color between what you see on your screen and the final printed product. We strive for the most accurate color reproduction possible, but these variations are unavoidable and are not considered defects. We recommend ordering a sample print before placing a large order if exact color matching is critical.
3. Final Sale of Printed Materials
Due to the customized nature of our printing services, all printed materials, including documents, flyers, brochures, and business cards, are considered final sale. Once your order is confirmed and processed for printing, we cannot offer refunds or returns. Please review your order details carefully before submitting it.
4. Damaged or Defective Orders
If you receive a damaged or defective order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will be happy to replace your order free of charge, or offer a store credit for the value of the order. To qualify for a replacement, the damaged or defective product must be returned to us in its original packaging. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective orders.
5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been processed for printing. Once your order is processed for printing, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds.
